Meet Philip

Starting as an equipment operator back in the day, Philip has moved up the ladder of FTEN as mechanic, supervisor and estimator, and eventually a shareholder in 2010.

As the Chief Executive Officer, Philip oversees the entire organization to ensure all facets of the operations are working to meet the customer’s needs while building the company financially. Philip is responsible for decisions on the company direction, policy, and strategy, driving changes within the organization while presiding over the organization’s day-to-day operations.
